This role is responsible for executing NACS PMO standards, processes, and methodologies for construction planning and execution. The Construction Manager will oversee construction planning fundamentals, including initiating, planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling, and budgeting. They will also manage construction control fundamentals, such as monitoring, anticipating problems, identifying conflicts, taking corrective action, resolving issues, managing scope, schedule, cost, profit, and budget, and ensuring quality review and assurance. Additionally, the role involves relationship management fundamentals, including client relationship management, construction team management, and overall change management. The Construction Manager will also assist in proposal development and contract negotiations, prepare Construction Roadmaps, establish and monitor milestones, direct the work of assigned employees, and manage the delivery and execution of constructions to achieve KPIs and meet business results, client satisfaction, and SLAs. This position serves as the primary customer contact for construction activities, leading review sessions and addressing costs, schedules, and technical performance. The role also involves developing new business, managing customer enhancement programs, communicating program status, managing construction issues/risks, fostering collaboration, promoting continuous growth of construction management practices, and achieving performance targets. Other duties as assigned by management may also be part of this role.
