About The Position

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Construction Manager to join their Gulfport team. This role involves overseeing and leading the Gulfport Reconstruction division, which includes Project Managers, Team Coordinators, and Technicians. The Construction Manager will be responsible for meeting quality targets, improving customer experience, and driving continuous process improvements through technology and business strategies. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a strong and skilled reconstruction team by providing necessary tools, resources, and identifying staffing needs. The manager will also partner with Project Managers to schedule labor and site visits, resolve project issues, and ensure team support for success. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, planning reconstruction projects from start to finish, conducting client walk-throughs for quality checks, and ensuring projects stay within timelines and budgets for both residential and commercial projects. Monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle is also crucial.

Requirements

5+ years of reconstruction experience
2+ years of experience leading a team
High School Diploma/GED required
MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Valid driver's license

Insurance reconstruction experience a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the Gulfport Reconstruction division comprised of Project Managers, Team Coordinators, and Technicians
Meet or exceed departmental quality targets and improve the customer experience
Be a leader through continuous process improvements, implementation of state-of-the-art technology and business strategies
Maintain a strong and skilled reconstruction team by equipping them with tools/resources, supplying service divisions, and identifying team staffing needs
Partner with Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits, work through reconstruction project problems, and ensure team has support needed to succeed
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish
Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion
