Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 3-5 years construction or residential building experience, preferably new home construction
- Stays up to date on the basic concepts and methods used by trade partners including framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Is knowledgeable of all governmental regulations related to the development of land or construction of homes within a respective jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- Lead superintendents & subcontractors
- Keep budgets tight and VPOs under control
- Push schedules forward and close homes faster
- Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction
- Ensure quality inspections, clean sites, and strong compliance
