Keeley Construction is seeking Construction Management Interns to join its Operations Groups in Summer 2027. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intuitive listening skills and a high aptitude for learning.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Problem-solving ability and innovative ideas.
• Self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to learn multiple tasks.
• Agreement to complete an assessment for selection and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers on multiple construction projects.
• Communicate with subcontractors and monitor their field work.
• Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies.
• Support Keeley’s mission, vision, and values.
