JMT is looking for a Construction Management Intern for their El Paso Office. This role involves applying standard inspection procedures to ongoing construction activities, both during and after completion, to ensure structural quality, general safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and codes. Please note that immigration sponsorship or support is not available for this position, with the exception of qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for TN visa classification.
• Ability to review and interpret plans, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods.
• Ability to perform routine tests on concrete, soil, and other materials.
• Ability to measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, and elevation of structures, fixtures, grades, and/or pavement.
• Ability to gather and maintain record documents.
• Ability to make field notes and computations.

Responsibilities
