About The Position

This role is for a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027, targeting college students or trade program participants in construction management, design, engineering, or related trades. The position is full-time, 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible start date. Interns will assist project managers and field supervisors with estimation and project coordination, based in Davenport, Iowa.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Pursuing any level college degree or trade program that focuses on construction management, design, engineering or other construction trade
Responsibilities
- Assist with estimating project costs and preparing related documentation
- Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
- Support quality control and project documentation efforts
- Observe and assist with field testing and inspections
- Collect and report project data to support the project team
