About The Position

The company seeks a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Effingham, Illinois. This full-time role (32-40 hours/week) is for students pursuing a college degree or trade program in construction management, design, engineering, or other construction trades. The intern will assist project managers and field supervisors with estimation and project coordination.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with estimating project costs and preparing related documentation
- Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
- Support quality control and project documentation efforts
- Observe and assist with field testing and inspections
- Collect and report project data to support the project team
