The program is 16 weeks long, from January 2027 to May 2027, and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Each rotation provides exposure to different workgroups within Duke Energy to enhance learning and practical experience. Students will work on a variety of construction and project management activities designed to improve the reliability and functionality of Duke Energy’s Transmission assets.
