Construction Management (CM) NorCal Team Lead

Kennedy JenksSan Francisco, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

Kennedy Jenks is experiencing strong, sustained growth in its Construction Management practice, with numerous opportunities across the Bay Area and Sacramento. The company has a high-performing team, trusted client relationships, and a solid market presence, creating a foundation ready for expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale a high-growth market, backed by an established team, deep client relationships, a robust project pipeline across Northern California, and the resources of a national, employee-owned firm. This is a build, lead, and grow opportunity, not a role to simply plug into an existing machine. The position offers immediate impact in a market with more work than current capacity, true leadership to build and shape a team, a strong foundation of established clients and a trusted reputation, an entrepreneurial environment that supports growth and autonomy, and the chance to deliver critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
