About The Position
The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired. This role involves analyzing complex legal issues, providing effective counsel, drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions, responding to discoveries, driving motions, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Requirements
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Prior insurance defense experience.
- Stellar academic credentials.
- Strong legal research and excellent writing skills.
- Strong/persuasive oral advocacy.
- Unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.
- Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style.
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
