About The Position

STRUCTURAL is recruiting Construction Technicians & Laborers to join our nationwide Nuclear Projects Division. As part of this specialized team, you will perform high-quality industrial construction and repair work within commercial nuclear power plants. STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.

Requirements

Must be able to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear protected areas.
Must pass comprehensive background checks, psychological evaluations, and continuous Fitness for Duty (FFD) requirements including frequent alcohol, drug, and other impairing agents testing.
Must provide reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Must be fully willing to travel nationwide.
Strict adherence to rules, procedures, and a commitment to a stringent, 24/7 safety culture.
Strong work ethic: A desire to learn, adapt, and work hard as part of a highly disciplined team.
Pre-employment and ongoing, random Fitness for Duty (FFD) drug and alcohol testing is mandatory for all nuclear division employees.
