About The Position
Ram Jack/Straight Line is hiring Construction Laborers to join their foundation repair crews. This is a hands-on role with year-round work, real equipment, and a clear path to advancement. The typical day involves starting at the Pueblo West yard, loading up, heading to the job site, working with the crew to install foundation repair systems, learning to operate equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads, completing the job, cleaning up, and returning to the yard.
Requirements
- Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable transportation to the Centennial yard
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work on a team
- Professional and respectful on customer job sites
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- No felonies (due to government contracts)
Responsibilities
- Install foundation repair systems
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads
- Complete jobs and clean up job sites
- Load and unload equipment and materials
