  • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow all safety requirements.
  • Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites; valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to take direction, follow instructions precisely, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform the full range of labor duties described in this job description.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred; willingness to obtain OSHA 10 if not currently certified.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site at all times throughout the workday.
  • Remove construction debris and waste materials promptly and dispose of them in accordance with site procedures.
  • Stack, store, and secure materials and equipment in designated areas at the end of each shift.
  • Support site setup and breakdown tasks including fencing, signage, barricades, and and temporary facilities.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned, inventoried, and returned to storage after use.
  • Follow direction from the Superintendent, Foreman, or lead tradesperson at all times without hesitation.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with supervisors when work is complete, when issues arise, or when additional direction is needed.
  • Work collaboratively with crew members across all trades to maintain positive momentum on the job site.
