Construction Laborer – Travel Required

About The Position

COMANCO is hiring full-time Construction Laborers to work at construction sites in different states. The company provides training for candidates who are willing to learn plastic liner welding, work hard and safely, respect coworkers, and travel. Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform physical work in field conditions.
Construction or manufacturing experience.
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to local jobs.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home for extended periods.
Must pass a post-offer drug test and physical agility exam.

Responsibilities

Place geosynthetic and insulating material on the ground, using clamps to pull and position rolls.
Fill, lift, and place sandbags weighing more than 50 pounds to keep insulating material from moving.
Cut excess insulating material with a knife.
Seal the borders of insulating material using heat-producing machines and/or sewing.
Grind, sand, or polish surfaces.
Maintain a safe work environment by picking up trash and construction debris.
