About The Position

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn; motivated individuals without prior experience may be trained.

Requirements

• Previous construction or labor-intensive work experience is preferred but not required; training is available for motivated individuals.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized by clearing debris and storing tools properly.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help complete projects on time by adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate project progress and issues to team members and supervisors.
