About The Position

SLS is hiring reliable General Laborers to support commercial construction projects in Marana, Arizona. Candidates from Tucson, Oro Valley, and Casa Grande are encouraged to apply. The position pays $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay and full benefits. Employees must provide proper work boots; all other personal protective equipment will be provided. SLS employees must comply with the company’s Substance Abuse Prevention Policy, and offers may be conditioned on passing a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial construction experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Must pass a drug screen and all required background checks.
• Must have proper work boots.
• Ability to complete physical assignments for a full shift.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen on the job site.
• Handle materials.
• Clean up the job site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Complete assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift.
• Work all assigned hours.
