About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to assist with various construction tasks and contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Motivated individuals without prior experience may be trained.

Requirements

• Previous construction or labor-intensive work experience is preferred but not required; motivated individuals may be trained.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or job sites.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized by clearing debris and storing tools properly.
• Follow safety protocols to help maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support timely project completion by adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate project progress and issues effectively with team members and supervisors.
