About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is seeking Overnight Fixture Team Members for retail reset and remodel projects. The role supports fixture installations, merchandising resets, shelving updates, and remodel work in national retail chains, while meeting company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism. Projects may include merchandising resets, shelving and fixture installations, steel and pallet racking, signage updates, and full retail remodels in big-box retail locations. The position pays $20 per hour and requires candidates to live within 50 miles of Roswell, New Mexico. The overnight schedule is 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with scheduled days varying based on project needs. Extensive travel is involved. Requirements

Ability to work overnight shifts, 8:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours.
Experience using basic hand tools and power tools.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Personal cell phone and valid email address.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Appropriate work footwear on the job site, including steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, merchandising, or big-box retail experience.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, planograms, and project instructions.
Experience operating scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks; candidates not already certified must be able to become certified.

Responsibilities

Perform overnight remodel work in big-box retail locations.
Complete merchandising resets according to planograms, schematics, and project instructions.
Relocate, assemble, install, remove, and replace retail store shelving, fixtures, steel racking, and/or pallet racking.
Install and/or update signage according to store layouts.
Read and follow blueprints, project plans, planograms, and store-specific instructions.
Use basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned project tasks.
Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Maintain organization of tools, materials, and work areas.
Communicate questions, issues, or project concerns to onsite leadership.
Follow all company safety expectations and job site procedures.
Engage in physical activity including standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
