About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is growing its overnight team and is hiring dependable, hard-working General Labor team members to support large retail and commercial projects, including new store setups and full store remodels. The role involves hands-on work such as assembly, installation, moving materials, stocking, and site setup. The schedule is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Applicants must live within 45 miles of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The position requires physical work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team members follow project instructions, use basic hand tools and equipment safely, and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. The role requires standing for shifts of eight or more hours and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements
