About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to assist with a variety of construction tasks and contribute to projects being completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is willing to learn, and works collaboratively with others. Previous construction or labor-intensive experience is preferred but not required; motivated individuals can be trained.

Requirements

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or job sites.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Keep work areas clean and organized by clearing debris and storing tools properly.
• Follow safety protocols to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help complete projects on time by adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate project progress and issues to team members and supervisors.
