About The Position

RL James Exteriors is always looking for reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. As a Construction Laborer, you will support our exterior construction crews with job site preparation, material handling, installation support, cleanup, and general construction tasks. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist crew members with exterior construction projects

• Prepare and maintain safe, clean job sites
• Support installation, repairs, and general construction activities
• Use hand and power tools safely as trained
• Follow company safety standards and job site procedures
