About The Position
Ulliman Schutte is a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated utility work. We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers for our construction projects.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- At least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.
- Knowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.
- Team player.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness/aptitude to learn to operate.
- Bilingual – Spanish/English
Responsibilities
- Work outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.
- Walk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.
- Follow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.
- 40-hour work week with possible overtime.
