We are currently seeking reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers on our Steel Erection team for a variety of field and industrial projects across the Clinton, IA area. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in steel building erection, steel layout, steel fabrication and assembly, welding, and other physical tasks. Depending on your work history, you can also expect to run machinery such as: Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. Whether you're in the field at our sister company Linwood Mining & Minerals, or working at Lyondell-Bassell, you will be working alongside a team to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Prior experience working with steel erection a plus
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred
