About The Position

Clinton Engineering (CEC), a member of the McCarthy-Bush family of companies, is a full-service general contractor and recognized leader in construction for the Clinton Community and surrounding areas since 1926. Specializing in design-build, new construction, rehabilitation and renovation of commercial, industrial and municipal projects, CEC boasts a local, experienced workforce who self-perform in a variety of trades. CEC is growing and currently seeking multiple reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers for field projects across the Clinton, IA area. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing. Other disciplines performed include Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation. Depending on your work history, you can also expect to run machinery such as Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. You will be working alongside a team to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Possession of a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred
