About The Position

Clinton Engineering (CEC) is seeking multiple reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers for field projects in the Clinton, IA area. As a Construction Laborer, you will be involved in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing, as well as Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation. Depending on experience, you may also operate machinery such as skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. You will work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Possession of a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
Safety Focused: Consistently following all safety guidelines
Dependable: Arriving on time and effectively completing tasks
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with co-workers to achieve goals and complete tasks
Physical Capability: Enjoy working in a physically demanding role, including regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry

Responsibilities
