About The Position

Richards Building Supply is hiring Roof Loaders to join its delivery team. Roof Loaders ride with drivers to homes and job sites to deliver and unload roofing materials, including placing materials on rooftops where contractors need them. The role involves working outdoors and at heights with safety gear, staying active, and coordinating with drivers and warehouse teammates to keep deliveries running smoothly. Roof Loaders also interact professionally with customers at job sites and branches to provide a friendly delivery experience. No experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, repeatedly.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and pride in getting work right the first time.
• Personable and able to interact with customers to provide excellent service.
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors.

• No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Ride with drivers to job sites and help unload materials onto rooftops.
• Work on roofs with safety gear to place materials where contractors need them.
