About The Position

We provide full-service planning, design, and construction management services for roadways, bridges, airports, stormwater infrastructure, and parks/recreation projects, primarily for state and local agencies and municipalities.

Requirements

• Studying civil engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Eager student looking to gain hands-on experience working in the field on construction projects.
• Highly-motivated and looking to apply classroom learning to real-world client solutions.
• Proficient with business and engineering applications.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is a must.
• Willing to learn new construction applications.

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support construction engineers and technicians on construction projects, including the installation of various underground utilities, resurfacing and reconstruction of roadways, and the rehabilitation and replacement of bridges.
• Learn to understand and read project plans and specifications.
• Be responsible for project documentation and measuring the work performed by contractors.
• Witness standard construction operations such as excavating, paving, concrete pours, and traffic control.
