About The Position

Hill International is seeking a Construction Integration Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is responsible for the project management of all integration and fit-out activities associated with company-owned systems and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into a new data center build or lease facility to deliver capacity to the business. The role involves identifying and managing scopes and interdependencies between all external and internal stakeholders, coordinating these with the physical construction build and general contractor. Additionally, the Construction Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating the handover process and ensuring that required handover documentation and expectations are met for the smooth transition of the space to the Operations teams and the business.

Requirements

Strong background in data center construction, with an emphasis on telecoms project/construction management is required.
Must be a strong project manager with the ability to self-direct.
Requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
