About The Position

Hill International is seeking a Construction Integration Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is responsible for the project management of all integration and fit-out activities associated with company-owned systems and/or services and critical infrastructure required for new data center builds or lease facilities to deliver capacity to the business. The position requires identifying and managing scopes and interdependencies between all external and internal stakeholders, coordinating these with the physical construction build and general contractor. Additionally, the role is responsible for coordinating the handover process, ensuring required documentation and expectations are met for the space to be handed over to Operations teams and the business.

Requirements

Strong background in data center construction, with an emphasis on telecoms project/construction management is required.
Must be a strong project manager with the ability to self-direct.
Requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the project management of all integration and fit-out activities associated with company-owned system and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into a new data center build or lease facility to deliver capacity to the business.
Requires the identification and management of scopes and interdependencies between all external and internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build and general contractor.
Responsible for coordinating the handover process and ensuring the required handover documentation and expectations are met to handover the space to our Operations teams and the business.
