About The Position

Hill International is seeking a Construction Integration Manager in Northern Virginia. This role is responsible for the project management of all integration and fit-out activities associated with company-owned system and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into a new data center build or lease facility to deliver capacity to the business. This includes the identification and management of scopes and interdependencies between all external and internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build and general contractor. The role is also responsible for coordinating the handover process and ensuring the required handover documentation and expectations are met to handover the space to our Operations teams and the business.

Requirements

Strong background in data center construction.
Emphasis on telecoms project/construction management is required.
Must be a strong project manager with the ability to self-direct.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Project management of all integration and fit-out activities for company-owned systems and/or services and critical infrastructure in new data center builds or lease facilities.
Identification and management of scopes and interdependencies between external and internal stakeholders.
Coordination of integration activities with the physical construction build and general contractor.
Coordination of the handover process to Operations teams and the business, ensuring documentation and expectations are met.
