About The Position

This position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch-out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team. Responsibilities include keeping the job site clean, performing yard duties, and completing minor warranty and construction tasks such as frame, paint, sheetrock, and carpentry work.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• A minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Organizational skills.
• Time management.
• Attention to detail.
• Initiative.
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete minor punch-out tasks involving warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work as assigned.
