About The Position

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Field Compliance Associates for a new affordable multifamily rehabilitation and renovation project in Passaic, New Jersey. The role focuses on monitoring job-site compliance, verifying worker access and attendance, conducting labor compliance interviews, reviewing subcontractor eligibility documentation, and preparing weekly activity and compliance summaries. The position is temporary and pays $21 per hour. The role may also involve other related projects as assigned.

• Previous Department of Labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and regularly confirm that all required job-site postings are visible and posted.
• Ensure GC employees and subcontractor employees are properly badged before being permitted access to the project site.
• Ensure GC employees and subcontractor employees individually sign in and out daily.
• Conduct and document scheduled and random labor compliance interviews with subcontractor employees to verify prevailing wage rates, classifications, and related details.
• Review subcontractor insurance and signed contract reports to ensure only eligible subcontractors are on site.
• Complete weekly summaries of job-site activity and compliance for review by the Director of Compliance.
• Perform other related projects as assigned.
