Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
5 to 10+ years of construction estimating experience
Experience preparing estimates from schematic design through design development documents
Change-order management experience
Knowledge of historical pricing and cost databases
Experience leading stakeholder meetings
Scheduling experience
Estimating knowledge across all CSI trade divisions
Software Competency with Timberline/Sage or similar estimating software

Nice To Haves

MEP is a plus
Some experience with Primavera 3/6 preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare construction estimates and take-offs for projects in: Hospitality, Multifamily, Commercial, Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education
Support and manage estimating activities during: Conceptual Phase, Pre-Construction, Construction Change Orders
