Requirements
- Concrete labor experience (journeyman level preferred)
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Form setup and breakdown
- Blocking, strike-off, and finishing support
- Assisting with jobsite setup, cleanup, and organization
- Supporting demolition and general labor tasks
- Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed
- Following all safety procedures and identifying jobsite hazards
- Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership
