About The Position
Waukesha State Bank is seeking an experienced mortgage professional to join their Mortgage Servicing Team as a Construction & Collection Specialist. This role involves managing the construction draw process and assisting customers with delinquency solutions. The position requires strong mortgage servicing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with construction draws, collections, investor reporting, or loan servicing is strongly preferred, along with advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and integrity.
