About The Position

We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus! Revco Solutions Inc. is an Accounts Receivable Management Corporation with a dynamic team environment in which you will enjoy comprehensive benefits and competitive pay. We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
• Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills

Responsibilities
