The Construction Closeout Coordinator will manage the punch, closeout, and warranty processes of GCHP construction projects. This role ensures that punch lists are properly developed and closed out according to contract requirements, and that comprehensive closeout documentation is received from contractors, archived correctly, and provided in the appropriate formats to end-users. The coordinator will also communicate GCHP’s warranty process to the project team, coordinate all communications related to warranty issues, and track their resolution. A log of all issues and their status throughout the warranty period will be maintained, and end-of-warranty-period walks will be coordinated with the project team.
