We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced project managers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
Requirements

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or internship in construction, project management, or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects.
- Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage RFI’s, change orders, and submittals.
