We are seeking a creative and innovative intern to support our assigned team with a variety of projects and administrative work. This is a real-world experience opportunity that will allow you to add valuable skills to your resume. Top-performing interns may be considered for entry-level full-time positions. As a Construction Asset Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in reviewing construction reports, budgets, and loan documentation, processing draw requests, and participating in project meetings. You will also conduct market research, learn relevant software tools, and collaborate with a manager and mentor to develop and present a comprehensive end-of-internship project. The program aims to broaden your technical abilities and develop emotional intelligence (soft skills). Weekly Development Days will offer professional growth opportunities, including mock interviews, resume reviews, LinkedIn training, DISC assessments, and 'Company Insiders' sessions to learn about the company and its departments.
