In this role, you’ll be supporting project execution— supporting teams and clients every step of the way. Our team designs and administers the construction of facilities for clients in the Corporate, Aviation, Healthcare, Science and Technology industries. Requirements

  • Professional experience in construction management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and MS Projects).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and keep projects moving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cost estimating practices and tools.
  • Experience with Revit, CADD, Newforma, or scheduling software.
  • Exposure to large-scale or complex building projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate construction documents and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and track shop drawings, submittents, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Document and communicate decisions impacting scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Perform code and permitting research to support project compliance.
  • Support Project Managers with construction progress tracking, field reports, and punch lists.
  • Participate in design reviews, construction meetings, and site visits.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
