About The Position
Reporting to the Director D365 BC, the Business Central Manufacturing Functional Consultant is a key member of our Microsoft practice team. As a strategic partner, your expertise will be essential in supporting our clients in the successful deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solution. Recognized expert in manufacturing modules, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Business Central, particularly in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Planning, Production Control, Sales, and Product Information Management. Your expertise will translate into direct added value for optimizing our clients' processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central functional analysis or 5 years in Dynamics NAV functional analysis.
- Proven experience in implementation and migration projects, as well as post-implementation support.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central supply chain modules (Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Planning, Production Control, Sales, Product Information Management).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of supply chain modules in Business Central, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Analyze client business processes to propose optimal and innovative solutions, guaranteeing the achievement of expected results.
- Work closely with clients, developers, analysts, testers, and project managers for successful deployments.
- Actively participate in design reviews and internal meetings, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Autonomously solve complex supply chain and logistics challenges within Business Central, designing and proposing creative and effective solutions.
- Bring new ideas during workshops and discussions to foster innovation in our approaches and client solutions.
