This role is posted as Data & AI Solutions Advisor, with the internal title of Data Specialist. This is a permanent full-time position, hybrid: you advise, you coordinate and you get your hands into the project. This role is for you if you thrive on delivering concrete value to clients through BI, SQL and applied AI and want to see the direct impact of your work. If you're looking for a role primarily in machine learning or advanced data science, this isn't that role.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing data or BI role with autonomous end-to-end delivery
• Proficiency in analytical SQL and solid understanding of data models and BI environments (Power BI, Metabase or equivalent)
• Comfortable leading client meetings independently, managing priorities and presenting results
• Impeccable bilingual FR/EN communication and comfort with cloud environments
• Natural curiosity for applied AI and emerging data technologies

Nice To Haves

• Experience in business analysis and data solution architecture
• Experience or genuine interest in applied generative AI tools (agents, Claude and Bedrock)
• Comfort with development environments (VS Code, Git) and curiosity for the technical side of the role
• You love sharing knowledge and helping the team grow

Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, with weekly meetings, priority management and progress presentations
• Lead discovery workshops to understand clients' needs, challenges and business goals
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the delivery team
• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by building strong lasting relationships
• Join qualification meetings with the sales team to assess prospect fit
• Contribute directly to mandates: SQL data transformation, modeling, BI, QA and functional validation
• Define KPIs, calculation rules and quality criteria to guarantee reliable and relevant deliverables
• Advise clients on leveraging AI features built into the BEEM platform: automations, assistants and autonomous agents
• Document mandates and continuously recommend improvements
