About The Position

The incumbent will quickly master the processes, technical documents, and performance targets established by the expert team. They will provide leadership and expert advice for the smooth execution of work schedules. This role involves coordinating various technical mandates assigned to external professionals and acting as a resource and support person for clients and colleagues regarding specific content and project execution processes in real estate. The incumbent will ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets according to their realization stages and will be responsible for control. They will supervise and coordinate the execution of small to medium-sized real estate projects (e.g., workspace development, infrastructure, building investments) for the caisse network. They will also supervise and mobilize internal and external resources, acting as a project manager and expert advisor to clients and partners (Directors General and managers of the caisse network, field teams, external suppliers, etc.) for the smooth execution of work schedules (e.g., managing risks, deadlines, supply, suppliers, etc.). The incumbent must also identify issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in construction/office development project management.
  • Experience in real estate project management.
  • Experience in resource management (internal partners and external professionals) and in managing simple to complex activities.
  • Knowledge of reading architectural, electromechanical, and layout plans.
  • Knowledge of construction, generalist across all trades (engineering, architecture, interior design, project management).
  • Knowledge of contract management (knowledge of CCDC-2, CCDC-5).
  • Knowledge of Ms Project.
  • Knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients.
  • Good knowledge of the sector.

  • DEC in architecture or building mechanics is an asset.
