Requirements

• University degree in engineering, administration, organizational development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, including significant experience in organizational transformation, change management, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex transformation programs or projects with large-scale organizations.
• Concrete experience in designing and deploying change management strategies, including impact analysis, stakeholder mobilization, communications, training, and adoption plans.
• Good command of change management best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent approaches) and excellent understanding of issues related to AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
• Mobilizing leadership, analytical mindset, strategic sense, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment.

• Experience in the transport, energy, or financial services sectors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams.
• Lead complex organizational, operational, digital, and AI transformation mandates from definition to implementation.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics and strategic analyses to identify key value creation and transformation levers.
• Define transformation roadmaps and formulate strategic recommendations tailored to client business challenges.
• Advise organizations in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI opportunities, assessing their organizational, operational, and human impacts.
• Design and lead change management strategies to foster transformation adoption, supporting stakeholders at all project stages.
• Assist leadership teams in mobilizing managers, analyzing impacts, organizational preparation, and implementing communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, risk management, governance, and profitability of mandates under your responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and adherence to deadlines.
• Mentor, develop, and mobilize consulting teams, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
• Act as a mentor to consultants and contribute to the development of their expertise.
• Participate in the development of the firm's methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain strategic watch on market trends, particularly in AI, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our approaches.
• Participate in internal initiatives for knowledge development, training, and innovation.
