As a Director, you will play a strategic role with our clients by leading organizational, digital, and artificial intelligence transformation programs. You will support leadership teams in defining their vision, structuring their transformation initiatives, and achieving sustainable results.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, administration, organizational development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, including significant experience in organizational, digital, and artificial intelligence transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex transformation programs with large-scale organizations.
• Solid experience in business development, strategic account management, and preparing business proposals.
• Recognized ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level leaders (Vice-Presidents, C-suite).
• Experience in managing, mobilizing, and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of issues related to artificial intelligence adoption, digital transformation, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills, in French and English, both oral and written.
• Mobilizing leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment.

• Experience in the transportation, energy, or financial services sectors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with leaders and act as a strategic advisor to executive teams.
• Lead complex organizational, operational, digital, and artificial intelligence transformation mandates, from definition to completion.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics and strategic analyses to identify key value creation and transformation levers.
• Define transformation roadmaps and formulate strategic recommendations tailored to our clients' business challenges.
• Advise organizations in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, while assessing their organizational, operational, and human impacts.
• Oversee change management and adoption strategies to ensure sustainable integration of new practices, technologies, and work methods.
• Ensure the quality, profitability, risk management, and governance of mandates under your responsibility.
• Mentor, develop, and mobilize consulting teams by fostering their professional growth and skill development.
• Maintain strategic watch on market trends, particularly in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Montreal office.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Identify client needs, develop business proposals, and participate in tender processes.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings in organizational transformation and artificial intelligence.
• Represent Sia at conferences, events, publications, and visibility activities in the market.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop integrated offerings and share best practices.
• Actively participate in practice development through mentoring, internal training, and knowledge sharing.
