About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking a motivated Confirmation Specialist to join their growing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily schedules by communicating with homeowners, verifying appointment details, and coordinating with the sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, a strong communicator, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount.

Requirements

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM)
• Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms such as MarketSharp, LeadPerfection, Improveit360, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with people
• Ability to multitask across multiple screens and internet tabs
• Willingness to learn about our industry and products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries
• A friendly, professional, and engaging personality

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure homeowner satisfaction
• Dispatch confirmed appointments to our sales representatives
• Scrub and verify appointment details to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work closely with the Call Center Manager to maintain an efficient schedule
