About The Position

This role involves contacting resort guests prior to their arrival to offer concierge services and invite them to a sales presentation. The agent will also ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promote courtesy tours, champion Hilton's quality customer care across all marketing channels, and strive to exceed marketing metrics. Additionally, the position requires securing future business through vacation package sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be motivated and a self-starter.
• Detailed understanding of the local area.
• Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
