About The Position

The Conference Services Manager at the iconic Town and Country Resort is responsible for orchestrating a wide range of events, from fairy-tale weddings to massive conventions, utilizing 300,000 square feet of meeting space. This role involves mastering logistics, managing event details, and ensuring that all attendees leave happy. The position requires coordinating with various teams, clients, and caterers, making the complex task of juggling timelines, room setups, and last-minute requests appear effortless. It's an adventure focused on turning events into legendary experiences with stunning views and exceptional food and beverage.

Requirements

  • Someone who laughs in the face of spreadsheets and thrives on timelines.
  • Experience managing large-scale events—weddings, conventions, or intergalactic summits (okay, maybe not the last one).
