Here are just a couple of the tasks you’ll be doing on a regular basis: · Communicate with sales, front office and reservations in order to coordinate and monitor guest room blocks and special reservation needs. Conduct walking site inspections throughout the property. Upsell before the events Advise sales staff on client needs. Assist sales staff in promoting the hotel, developing leads and securing re-bookings. Plan and conduct pre and post-conference meetings with clients and respective departments. You have at least a high school diploma and 2+ years of experience working in hotel sales. Additionally, you have at least 1 years’ experience working in food & beverage. Whether you're interacting with clients or your fellow associates, you’ll be working directly with people all the time. We’re looking for some who can communicate clearly in a positive and professional manner, can perform under pressure, and can assist clients in all their requests (even the more challenging ones)!
