About The Position

Leidos’ Digital Sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conditional Access Policy Admin. The role manages Microsoft Azure Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Application policies, and equivalent security policies, while maintaining compliance documentation and testing validation. The position also supports DoD tenant configuration guidance and policy compliance efforts with mission partners and DISA.

Requirements

• Current active Top Secret security clearance.
• Certifications in Azure Fundamentals and Azure Administrator.
• Bachelor of Science degree and at least 5 years of IT experience, including significant Microsoft Azure experience.
• Familiarity with tracking access requests and account provisioning.
• Experience with account and access management capabilities or tools.
• Familiarity with M365 SaaS personas and license types.
• Working knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
• Understanding of cloud computing and networking.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed documentation of conditional access policies.
• Develop, document, test, and deploy policies.
• Verify and validate that approved changes are implemented properly.
• Provision and de-provision account access according to approved processes.
• Support development of DoD Tenant Configuration Guides with mission partners and DISA, and evaluate policies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor Message Center for feature releases that could affect existing configurations, access roles, and personas.
